For the shooting on a tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht, A man has been arrested after three people were killed and five wounded.
The suspect was found several hours after the attack in a building about two miles (3km) from the scene. The police has identified the suspect as Gokmen Tanis, a 37-year-old Turkish man.
Authorities have informed foreign media that the suspect’s intentions are currently unclear.
The incident sparked a city-wide manhunt and the closure of schools.
Meanwhile, the threat level in Utrecht has been reduced following the arrest. It was earlier raised to its highest point.
Utrecht, the Netherlands’ fourth largest city, has a population of about 340,000.
