US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi were among several world leaders who condemned the multiple bomb attacks in Sri Lanka today and offered support.
US Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo said that the United States condemns in the strongest terms the terror attacks in Sri Lanka on Easter morning.
The United Nations in Sri Lanka also toughly condemned the attacks against citizens carried out in places of worship and city hotels on Easter Sunday.
Pope Francis spoke words of harmony at the conclusion of his Easter Urbi et Orbi to the faithful in St. Peter’s Square.
And several cities globally were condemning the attack in Sri Lanka. The Paris Eiffel tower went dark for few minutes to honor the victims.
